ARTICLE 1: Purpose

These "Terms & Conditions of Use" outline the legal framework for accessing and using the Rêvarte website and its services. This agreement is established between:

The website's manager, hereinafter referred to as the "Editor," Any natural or legal person wishing to access the website and its services, hereinafter referred to as the "User."

These terms and conditions must be accepted by every User, and accessing the site implies acceptance of these conditions.

ARTICLE 2: Legal Information

For individuals:

The Rêvarte website is published by Simone Cristofaro, domiciled at 32 RUE LEGENDRE

ARTICLE 3: Access to Services

Users of the Rêvarte website have access to the following services: Bespoke entertainment, talent sourcing, set and costume design, Staging and Choreography.

Any user with internet access can access the site for free from anywhere.

The costs incurred by the User to access the site (internet connection, computer equipment, etc.) are not the responsibility of the Editor.

The site and its various services may be interrupted or suspended by the Editor, particularly during maintenance, without prior notice or justification.

ARTICLE 4: User Responsibility

Users are entirely responsible for the use they make of the information and content present on the Revarte website.

Any use of the service by the User that directly or indirectly results in damages must be indemnified to the benefit of the site.

ARTICLE 5: Editor Responsibility

Any server or network malfunction cannot incur the Editor's responsibility.

Similarly, the site cannot be held responsible for force majeure or the unpredictable and insurmountable actions of a third party.

The Rêvarte website is committed to implementing all necessary means to guarantee data security and confidentiality. However, it does not provide a total security guarantee.

The Editor reserves the right to provide no guarantee as to the reliability of the sources, even though the information disseminated on the site is considered reliable.

ARTICLE 6: Intellectual Property

The contents of the Rêvarte website (logos, text, graphic elements, videos, etc.) are protected by copyright under the Intellectual Property Code.

Users must obtain the Editor's authorization before reproducing, copying, or publishing these various contents.

These contents can't be used; commercial use is prohibited.

Users are fully responsible for any content they post online and agree not to infringe upon third-party rights.

The Editor reserves the right to moderate or delete content posted by users freely and at any time, without justification.

ARTICLE 7: Personal Data

Users must provide personal information on the site.

The user's email address may be used by Revarte for various communications and account management.

Rêvarte guarantees the user's privacy, in accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to information technology, files, and freedoms.

ARTICLE 8: Hypertext Links

The hypertext links leading to other sites are not the responsibility of the Rêvarte's Editor, who has no control over these links.

It is possible for a third party to create a link to a page on the Rêvarte site without the Editor's express authorization.

ARTICLE 9: Evolution of the Terms & Conditions

The Rêvarte website reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time and without justification.

ARTICLE 10: Contract Duration

The duration of this contract is indefinite. The contract takes effect for the User from the start of service use.

ARTICLE 11: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This contract depends on French law. In the event of unresolved dispute between the User and the Editor, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction to settle the dispute.
